On 30th – 3st March the 34th Annual TESOL Greece Convention will take place at the Hellenic American Union, 22 Massalias Street, Athens. The theme this year is ‘Innovation, Motivation, Education’.

The keynote speakers will be Charles Alderson, Thomaï Alexiou, Juliane House, George Drivas, Christine Coombe and Marina Mattheoudaki. For the full pre-programme, click here.

I will be speaking on Saturday 30th March at 17:40, with the workshop ‘Getting them speaking!’, and on Sunday 31st March at 11:10 with the talk ‘Peer response in the writing classroom’. The presentations for both talks will be available here after the convention.

I’m very much looking forward to taking part in this convention, my first outside Spain. I have been following the TESOL Greece blog, and the talks being previewed there all look very interesting. I’m sure this convention will be a fantastic experience.
